Mr Daulatzai welcomes referrals from GPs and other healthcare professionals for patients requiring assessment or treatment for colorectal, general surgical, and endoscopic conditions. He sees patients through both NHS and private pathways.

Private referrals: please contact the secretary directly using the details below. A typed or dictated referral letter by email is preferred, though a brief referral with relevant clinical details is always welcome. We aim to offer a first appointment within one week.

Mr Daulatzai is recognised by all major private medical insurers including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA, and Healix. Self-funding patients are also very welcome. Please contact the secretary for further information on fees.
